I'm 23 and trying to get back into shape before it's too late for me. I never used to have problems, I was super skinny. But being that I'm not a teen my metabolism has slowed down and I'm not nearly as active as I used to be. I recently got married in the summer of 2010, I some how managed to lose weight for that, then I gained it all back and then some shortly after. My goal is to be healthier so that I don't some day end up like my parent's overweight and with high blood pressure or diabetes or both. I just can't afford the possible health complications that come along with all that, so here I am.
