Bio Update! I was diagnosed with pcos in 2011, and it has caused so many issues for me. It prevented me from losing weight without help from a doctor. All the low calorie, better foods, and exercise couldn't even put a dent in my weight. I never had a weigh-in on here but my highest weight was 198lb around March/April 2011. I was to I was insulin resistant and that getting pregnant would be a challenge. I lost nearly 50lb by July 2012 with the help of metformin, was right around 150 to 155lb! It also helped me conceive our daughter end of September/beginning of October. I'm now a mother to a beautiful daughter born May 16, 2013. It was 3 years in the making. I gained back almost all my weight during pregnancy. Because of breast feeding I was able to lose it all by 5 months after my daughter was born. unfortunately I had a c- section though and because of it I was unable to do a lot of things so some of that weight was muscle instead of far that was lost. I got pregnant again in November, I had gained 10lb by Christmas, however we lost that baby the day after Christmas. I'm still struggling to lose that 10lb I gained but I'm hoping to lose it all and then some, maybe even reach my goal by summer. Our family is not complete yet but I know my weight plays a huge role in my fertility. I hope to be back in a size 6/8 by summer, I plan to but myself a really nice bikini when I do reach my goal. I also want to wait until then before we start trying again cause instead of just looking fat for 80% of my pregnancy, maybe if I'm a smaller size to start then I'll have a cute baby bump instead.
