Office Exercise II - Bent Knee Leg lifts. This one can be done with others around and no one will be the wiser. While sitting, simply lift your left leg up completely off the chair and hold 10 seconds. Then repeat with right leg (I'm starting at 10 Reps/leg for week 1).
