I have had a really good day today. I have done pretty good on points, day 5 of not smoking, and I got to spend the whole day with my husband. I know I am retaining water, I had to take my wedding ring off last night because my fingers were so swollen and this morning I couldn't even get it on. We went to the barn this morning and mucked out stalls and groomed and fed them. We went to the auto part store and bought brakes to redo brakes all the way around on the truck. Then we went to Tractor Supply and bought Show Sheen for the horses for tomorrow's Parade. We just made it back home and it is now 2pm and we have been gone since 9am. He now sees what my day is like everyday. I still have to go clean the church before Sunday and read last week's lesson for Sunday School. It was a real good lesson and I didn't take the time to read it and I haven't had the time this week.

MY WEEKEND LINEUP
We are taking the kids and dropping them off to spend the night with a friend at 6 tonight and then heading to the Rodeo for a night to ourselves. We will clean the church early in the morning, then head to the barn to feed, bathe and groom the horses. We will work them before putting them up and picking up the kids at 3 to go back to the barn to hook up to the trailer and load up for the parade to unload and saddle them before 345 two towns away. Then it will be a hurry hurry deal to load back up and drop the kids off at a birthday party and go unload the horses and trailer and for us to come back to the birthday party before dinner. Then we will wake up early for breakfast at church. It will be a fun but busy weekend and I hope I will find the time to jot my food down in the journal, and the only exercise I will have is running, cleaning, and horseback riding. I am hoping to eat as healthy as possible while on the run this weekend but I am not sure how that will go. I know Sunday morning they are having fruit, but also having biscuits and gravy (my favorite). Tonight we will probably go out to eat for our date night, and tomorrow night I believe they are cooking out or having pizza neither is very healthy choices, the way they cook. Well I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend I am on my way to get started packing the kids, and getting my clothes ready for the parade.
