came home took an nap cause I went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 2:22 am and struggled till 4:00 am then just got up and got ready for work crazy as I wasn't wildly sleepy ?????????? game plain we had some last min shopping for the camping trip Joe B lets go shopping tonight while they change my oi yaaaaa that worked well <3 walked to Wendy s about 2 city blokes. eat walked back shopped then came home by 7:40 pm my knee mind ya is screaming at me <3 walked for about 2 hours wow <3 have a brace on her know staring to already feel better

I know I wont be able to be on internet till some time Sunday if I ant beat packing up camp and driving home ,, but I will use cellphone to take pic of my food or text my food to my messenger to keep track and taking a Calorie booklet and Small pad note book to help me if I dont try and keep track that way <3 making my niece and ex sister in law a heart Birthday cake <3 '' Oh I pray it wont be to cold we are taking our heating blanket giggling dont laugh ,,, I hear it will be in the 40's Hey Good night sweet dreams <3 praying yous are well <3 see ya when I can <3 Love ya so Much Lord thanks for such an awesome day and the gift of spending time with my husband I will miss him when he goes back to work <3 thanks Lord for keeping our Love still alive <3 almost 16 years now <3
