Today has been considerably better than yesterday even though I am pretty sore. It's a good sore though. I wish I had a foam roller though to see if it will help ease the soreness. I know that I am little more sore because I started doing this Yoga for Weight Loss in the evenings and it's still taking some time getting used to it. Yeah...still not sure what happened yesterday and why I felt like I was in such a funk but it must have passed. I will not complain though since I enjoy being optimisitic. :)

Today will be a busy day and I am also planning on sitting down to start doing my meal planning. It's going to be pretty intensive since I will be looking at my macros AND trying to find stuff for a decent price. So yeah...it will definitely be interesting. I am not catering to any one else's diet other than my own because I am the one paying for everything. Well...sorry it's short but I am off to start my day.

Daily Summary
*Oil Pulling: Oil pulling was difficult because my allergies were acting up but I pushed through. So because of that, it wasn't as peaceful as it normally is.

*P90X3: CVX is brutal...cardio while lifting a weight is soo hard. I had to stop periodically because not only were my thighs on fire but my shoulders were as well. Again, little more sore than normal because I am now doing Yoga in the evenings so yeah. It was hard today. Next week when I have to do this workout again, I am going to push through. I have to try harder.

What kind of oil are you using? I have been looking into doing oil pulling..any suggestions?

What is oil pulling? - I'm such a newbie to all of this (hi Arre - glad you're doing better!!) Don't HURT yourself, though!!

@Stephanymac: I use coconut oil...I prefer the unrefined but will use refined if I have to. @jo9675: Oil pulling is where you take a teaspoon of coconut oil and put it in your mouth. You kind of use it like mouthwash but you have to keep it in for 20 minutes. Generally, it's best to do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. When you spit it out...spit in a garbage can! You don't want it solidifying in the pipes. Anyhow, after that you just brush your teeth and you are good to go. Basically, it helps pull the bacteria out of your teeth and gums. I started doing it because I have some receding gums and it has helped immensely. Not only have they not gotten worse but they are slowly healing up.
