I gained everything back that I'd lost. This is what happens when I stop recording my food or even trying to eat healthy. My clothes aren't fitting, I feel tired and unhealthy, even started getting night time reflux again. It's pretty scary to wake up in the middle of the night choking. Why do I do this to myself????? Why??? So, here we go again.

I hear ya...fell off the wagon pretty hard myself this last weekend. Lets get back on track, and move forward. We can do this!

I'm feeling the EXACT SAME WAY! I ask myself the same question all the time too.... Why do I do this to MYSELF??? I know exactly how to eat healthy, I know what's good for me as a diabetic and what's bad for me yet I still chose to put basically "poison" into my body! It's not that I don't love myself and I don't have any hidden unresolved issues in my life that society blames obesity on!! I just love food! My husband told me that if he loved fruits and veggies as much as I did he would be super healthy and thin and I said ya.. But I love Big Macs too!! Haha!! One thing I have learned is that it used to be one day at a time and now to me it is one meal at a time! If I fail one meal I get right back in gear that very next meal!! I hope you have a great day with even greater choices!!

I can totally relate -- the good thing is that you are back on track before the pounds add up. I'm with you on the clothes not fitting, etc. I could open up a boutique with a wide variety of sizes! Don't look back -- just move forward...
