doing good so far, lost 2.4 pounds in 2 days! YAY! I know its water I am sure, but I am on track again, drinking water and doing the couch to 5k training thing too. However I am SO out of shape and SO not a runner that, I know if I am gonna make the next weeks goal I am gonna have to run more than 3 times this week. I did twice yesterday and once tuesday. I am gonna make myself go out today and run it this evening. UGH! I do not like running! Everyone tells me that once I start doing it and my body starts getting used to it I will really enjoy it. not so sure, but I am gonna keep trying! Also, I am so VERY excited about the beachpalooza 5k. Its in septemeber but I am signing up this weekend, so I HAVE to keep running at least all summer so I can be ready! I am DYIN to do either the Jailbreak run or the warrior dash too, but one is too soon and the other too far away! I might still sign up for warrior dash though! Anyway, wish me luck yall! I NEEEEEEEEED it!
