Weightloss appears slow, but no matter I'm still progressing.

I tried this bullet coffee a few weeks ago and instantly took a disliking to it - I wondered how anyone could possibly drink it. But like most everything I do, I had dived straight in without reading the instructions! So this morning I've discovered an amazing thing, bullet coffee made the correct way! It's just a mug of freshly brewed coffee, tipped into a blender with 20g of butter, and 'wahlahee' the most luxurious comforting coffee ever! One drawback as far as I can see, I feel very sleepy instead of being wide awake! So I'm going to empty the coffee pot and have a strong wake-up cup.

What a great standby this is going to be! Who needs appetite surpressing pills? A few decades ago I nearly ruined my health and marriage with those baddies!

Everyday, in every way, life is getting better and better - Thank You God!

I am not a coffee drinker so my bulletproof is made with very strong brewed tea, 2T butter, 2T HWC, 2T of sf flavoring (such as vanilla, fr vanilla, caramel, hazelnut - mix and match), 1 splenda pkt all blended in my Ninja (blender). It is cools off too much I heat it up a little in the microwave. I am madly in love with these. Sometimes do one for a 3p slump. Play with it, have fun!

The blender is the important part! Makes it all frothy.

Unblended bulletproof coffee is horrendous! I was saddened when I found I could not drink it as I used to anymore. And ghee doesn't froth. Now I use a mix of ghee, coconut cream, MCT oil, and a scoop of collagen powder. Best way ever to start my day. Feel like life is running on a rail. No hunger, no blood sugar drops. Best feeling ever! Glad you figured out your glich. :-)

I've got a receipt for a good kick if u like to try.... One espresso, one tblsp of pure cocoa, 1 tsp (agave) sirup and then the surprise ingredient, 1-2 tsp of (fresh) lemon juice! You can also add a bit of vanilla, but I keep forgetting that and it still tastes fab. And it def wakes u up :-) I'm not much of a coffee drinker, so this one really makes me going like a Duracell rabbit ;-)

I'm glad about the glich too thanks Yduj57, I've tested this glich several times, so I'm as certain as I can be that lactose and or casein is an infamatory to me. Thanks Torhildj, I like the idea of adding cocoa, and the vanilla, but I'm a bit worried about the agave nectar, as I'm on a very low carb diet. Can't wait to get home and try this! Many thanks :-)

My brother was just telling me that he was loving eating red raspberries filled with agave. He's diabetic. I asked him about the carbs, he pulled out the bottle and 1T has like 14 or 16 carbs(sorry cant remember which). I said WOW that is way too many when you are trying for under 25 per day! People who don't know about the LCHF really don't understand it.

If you don't want to use agave nectar, you can use liquid Stevia. They even make it in chocolate flavor so you can have a sweet chocolate mocha Bulletproof coffee.
