Seems like I'm living and breathing LCHF, and I'm loving it.

I'm writing this wearing a pr of pants that I've not been able to wear in 2 years! This spurred me on to dig out the packing case in which I put away my winter clothes, including the clothes that hung up all last winter that were just too small to wear. I'd been hoping for the miracle that just didn't happen, which was one morning I'd wake up and everything would fit like a dream!

In about a month or so I'd like to think this 'miracle' would have happened and I'd be wearing the winter clothes that hung on their hangers all last winter because they didn't fit me. Can't tell you how many times I've wistfully glanced at them and wishing.....

My body is toying with a pound, losing and gaining like a yoyo. But I'm being very good, my carbs have never been lower, and my fats higher!

Picked up a squash at the supermarket today, made some pan fried chips (french fries) with some of it, fried in clarified butter. Gosh it was gorgeous! Can't believe this is allowed!
