Making up for my lack of calories yesterday. Ugh - I've been so tired and felt like crap today. Went clothes shopping yesterday, and ended up going to 7 stores in 3 cities. Eventually I just gave up and drove the hour-and-a-half to a place where I know stuff works for me. Bought tons of size 4 pants and a few new shirts. But I didn't have any snacks with me and even though I ate breakfast, I didn't end up eating again until almost 4 pm. I was really starting to get hungry. Note to self: at least keep some nuts in the car and take a couple of hard boiled eggs and maybe some bacon with me when I'm going shopping. I guess you never know if you'll be gone over 6 hours. I've got to make sure I stay on track and get enough calories because I like the size I'm at. I don't need to lose any more weight.
