I refuse to weigh myself this week so I am reusing last weeks weight. I was traveling this past weekend and ate crap the whole time. Its also my time of the month. I decided it was better to skip a weigh in and keep my mental health than to spend an entire week berating myself for gaining back a ton of weight. I'm going to work hard between now and next friday and deal with it then.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
