Nothing like waking up to a beautiful morning like your dog puking. Up and at em around 5:30am. Cleaned up, comforted puppy. Started working on housework then decided to prepare the chopped salad that I bought all those veggies for last week. So 45 minutes and a few items short, the chopped salad was done. Took a couple of photos for social media posts. Shake for breakfast, quickly dressed and out the door...and running late! Seriously, I don't know what's up with this week, but I've been late or nearly late every day!
Did not go home and do my extra 10 minutes of abs yesterday. Did not exercise outside of posted above. Figured tomorrow morning I will pull out the pilates/abs again before breakfast. Trying to not do so much cardio until this infection subsides and pretty much disappears....(so annoying). Plus the Rx makes me sleepy, so you can safely say I've gotten alot of sleep lately. 9pm was the latest I was able to stay up this week! (Could nap now too....)
