I've been doing keto, but not really regulating the heavy whipping cream in my coffee. I think that's the cause of my weight gain/stall.
Other than that I've been following along pretty well. I did have a bad Thanksgiving meal. But, took extra insulin that night, brought my sugars back down by morning and jumped right back into eating right!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
