Core workout today - Pilates (MUCH room for improvement) and ABS. Pulled out P90x nutrition book. Trying more recipes this week from a Detox book, and two other cookbooks.
I stopped calculating yesterday as I grazed too much before meal. Meal and after were okay....just couldn't stick with grazing on veggies.
