non ci credo! :) la detox ha funzionato davvero alla grande!

thank u Deb! Due I have a free week I decide to exercise twice a day (nothing so hard or so long but trying to do both "tone" and "cardio" slitted between the early morning and the evening :) ) and for now I can say I feel very good ...well the week is not over yet .... :)
