I am a little annoyed with myself for going off plan yesterday. I did 2 classes (spin and boot camp) at the gym in the morning and then used that as a justification to drink a few glass of wine and eat a carb-heavy dinner. Dumb. Two steps forward, one step back...

don't get too down on yourself- it's about making lifestyle changes and that takes time. we all make mistakes. the good thing is that you are aware of the mistakes and did the exercise to compensate. pre-weight loss plan, you probably would've had the unhealthy meal and not done the exercise. stay focused on your goal and remember how bad you felt today after going off plan. good luck!
