Going to not log my food this week and see what happens. I think I am at the point where I want to tone but not really lose much more weight. Can you tone while not trying to lose?
Going to keep logging my exercise to keep a mental reminder of how much I am burning and still watch what I eat.
We will see if I remain the same, lose, or gain weight on the scale on Friday

I think that is a great idea. You can certainly tone up without the scale dropping (that's what's unintentionally happening to me)! Keep working out, it will be fun to see how the week turns out.
