Last Fri. I weighted in at 120, then Mon. I was 125, Tues. 124, Wed. 122, Fri 120.2! Likely inflamation. I did eat out 2 days last weekend and drank wine.
120.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
