I gained a pound.... I didn't watch my calories for 3 days and i only exercised 2 days. ug. okay, I joined a gym. Going to start doing Zumba once a week, yoga once a week and cardo/weight's twice this week. And watch my calories, and hopefully I'll loose enough weight this week to make up for the last 2. :(
143.0 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
