I CANT STOP EATING! For the past 24 hours all I can do is obsess about food. I look at recipes. I look at food blogs. I cook some veggies. I play with my kids. I think about food. Then I look at recipes again. The cycle is endless. What is wrong with me!?
With that in mind, I think I've been successful to pick vegetables and popcorn for snacks. But really! It isn't enough. I'm not craving one thing either. I want ranch dressing. I want peach jelly. I want apeanut butter sandwich. I want creamy, cheesy bread. Yep. Maybe I don't have enough fat in my diet? That doesn't make any sense. Ugg.
Okay - so I'll stay active. I can beat this. I will beat this. My real goal is to be 165 pounds. That is about 37 pounds. At 3500 calories a pound, and roughly 500 calories burned a day on average... that would be 37 x 3500 / 500 = 259 more days to go. If it were only that simple.
