Happy Monday all! No loss/no gain this am. What a glorious sunny morning, but it is still only about 20* out. Hope it warms up some as I am planning a lunchtime walk today. I will bring hat and gloves just in case.
I am going to treat myself this week to a new "egg" pan, the one I have is a bit spent. A good heavy duty teflon pan is a must for eggs I think. TJ Maxx here I come!
I already have meals planned thru mid week and have some yummy things in store. I am going to replicate the Panera Bread Strawberry Fields Salad for lunch today (spinach, bluecheese, strawberries, red onion, walnuts, a little olive oil and red wine vinegar) I also made turkey burgers yesterday so I have a couple of those to have on the side for more protein.
Time for my morning isometrics and then off I go! Have a marvelous day everyone!!

OMG, I was just down in my FitCafe at the office getting a cup of morning Joe and I see they have Blood Oranges in addition to their usual array of whole fresh organic fruits and veggies for purchase. I a going to get a couple today and have for my salads this week or maybe even make a yummy vinagarette with the juice. If you have never had a blood orange, do yourselves a favor and pick one up, they are fantastic!!

Babs, I am sitting here eating half a navel orange, with my eggs and coffee for breakfast. Don't you love having a plan? The blood oranges sound delish. Will have to try some. Have a great day, and enjoy that wonderful salad and turkey burger.
