Rough stuff weighing my mind down....an ambush and a friend's U.G.L.Y and quite frankly, bordering dangerous divorce.

Was over yesterday - due to eating out.

Today started off with a shake, knowing probably going out for supper and possibly lunch. Customer Appreciation Day today - office has fresh buttered popcorn and cupcakes. Already succumbed to popcorn...it's just a matter of time before the cupcakes will be ingested.

Didn't work out last night -- iced cupcakes instead. Will include the 20 minutes of yoga after 30 minutes of strength workout tonight. In addition to that, my hair must be shaped up. Seriously do not like it. Hair appt for tonight at 7pm. Church directory photos being made tomorrow....will wear a wig before I put this hair in a directory. Ugh!
