I know it's crazy, but I lost two lbs overnight. Must have been dreaming about running a marathon or something.

now why can't I have dreams like that and lose 2 pounds? something's gotta give over here! I'm on my 10000th lap at the gym and i'm still holding fast to the same exact weight for months at a time! pass the dream torch! it's my turn! :)

Hi dmark sorry I am late getting this to you: Parmesan chicken It is totally fating but carb free... 1. Boneless chicken (I like thighs but you may want to use breast meat) 2. Real Mayo (light mayo has carbs so watch that) 3. Parmesan (grated like the Kraft one in a bottle) You take a baking dish and set your oven at 375 degrees Take your chicken put in baking dish (season it! I like garlic powder, Miss Dash table blend, garlic salt and black pepper. Season both sides of the chicken) Take about a half cup of mayo (or enough to cover the chicken both sides) and put all over the chicken. toss the chicken so that it is coated with mayo. Take the parmesan and sprinkle it all over the chicken. Toss the chicken again. Then sprinkle more parmesan making sure that it complete covers the chicken. Bake for about and hour. Then you are done. Serve with any side dish that you like (remember low carb). The chicken should be a golden brown when done. Hope you enjoy!!! The Butterfly~
