Have been focusing on trying to get stronger in the gym. I am ok with putting on weight as long as I keep the 'bad' weight to a minimum.

Boys and I on recent disney trip

193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
