Well It's bedtime and I realized that my Calories are LOW again! So I decieded to eat a cup of baby spinach with ranch dressing and another 20 oz of water. I am still low on Calories but I have made my water intake! Yeah! I just can't eat anymore, so Calories are still low for the day. I will have to start paying more attention to that! Tomorrow is a new day and I will get my calories up! HAVE A BLESSED WEEKEND!

Wendy, just add some butter, olive oil, or mayo to each meal. That'll get those calories up. Have a great weekend!

You know what? I haven't been counting in my butter! maybe I am better off than I thought!
