This is the first time I'm doing this diary thing, but not the first I have been "trying" to lose the weight.

I have been having a hard time losing weight, at first it was a bit easy, but now everything I do seems to be effectless.

I have worked out to the point that I have been fatigued but lost no weight.

With high hopes,

136.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
