I've been living a very sedentary lifestyle lately. i dont wanna blame school, 'cause I have my own shortcomings. How ever I'm going to try this exercise routine I discovered.
You're suppose to do the 4-minute work-out everyday, also try to do bicycles in the morning and in the evening for 1 minute.
I'm not sure about the results, but its worth a shot.
I miss running and swimming :< I wish I had some time on my hands.

Saw a weighing scale at my friend's house. i was fearful to get on it at first, but I grew a pair and checked my weight. So I've maintained my weight... yey ^^ but that doesn't mean that the increase in my fat (As I've observed) didn't occur, it could mean that my muscles shrunk because I've been inactive. ugh ... so much for being toned, I'm now a big ball of blubbery mess.

Its been months since my last entry. I feel really guilty. During the past few months, I became discouraged with my pursuit. I started with high hopes that by november I would have lost the fat and reach my goal weight. Its february and now, I feel like I'm fatter than when I started. I don't know my exact weight, I'm afraid that I might cry when I see my weight. But I know, that I don't fit into my old clothes anymore, and people are starting to say that I've gained weight. I feel so depressed knowing my hard work running and swimming have been wasted. Is there anyone out there like me ? I think I need help. :< :'<
