Months of bad weather, wedding planning, and then two trips haven't been all that good for my weight or my fitness. :-( Been rededicating myself this week, though - we'll see if I get get back in the groove. Or really, in the groove. Haven't been there in ages.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
