Re-energize's Journal, 22 August 2014

Ouch!....Tried to do some running yesterday, ooooooh am I paying for it today.....my back is killing me, too much pounding on spine and my knees.
I would love to run, the mind wants to go but the knees say NO..
I thought I could ease myself into it but every time I try to do it, I fail at it badly..I guess brisk walks it will be..
Funny though, I can walk forever but as soon as I try running, I pay the price miserably...Have a nice weekend everyone..weigh in is Monday..Oh Please be kind...LOL

I also can walk for hours, no problem, but I'm too lazy to jog and I have no stamina. I prefer ridding a bicycle.
