i swear when i eat avocados i lose weight! they are the good kind of fat!!!

i still have the Carb. problem , some times it triples the Fat and protein, i cannot stay away from wheat and bread, i am controlling the total Calories to under the 1500 a day but the Carbs,!! and without it, i will still feel hungry.

Anwar, I was like you but I have managed to stay from carbs (eg. bread, rice, potatoes, sugar etc.) for over 5 weeks & can honesty say I haven't craved it at all. Google "banting" or "the Real Meal Revolution" or "Tim Noakes". The idea is that good fats are an appetite suppressant & I can honestly its true for me.

The wheat and the sugar is what makes that "hungry" feeling and that anxiety that you "have to eat NOW". If you try it and totally give up wheat and sugar, you will notice that is gone. I have proof because I have done it before, several times, and it has the same effect every time. Try it!

Avocados are good fats. Do not worry about them. It is really important that you understand calories. Calories are units of energy. Calories are not fat grams. A lot of people obsess on calories and that's a mistake. You burn calories sitting in your chair and sleeping. GOOD calories are fine, and an avocado is a very god food for you.
