I have no excuses. I quit caring. I eat ice cream sometimes, and I added calories into my day in juices and condiments. Summer is always the hardest for me, I don't know why. I'm ashamed of myself. I started a new pathfinder campaign with friends and one of them owns a home bakery and she tests out new recipes on us. Wish I had more control of myself.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Life is a journey and we all have to make those choices. The good news is that you came back here! When you have a treat that your friend baked, just cut calories the rest of the day. Or the next day. You can do it!
