OMG, I can't believe it! I am AT or BELOW ALL of my previous measurements from when I weighed 135 pounds! My size 6's are falling off me, and I still have 10 pounds to go before my goal weight! So happy to be at (or below!) all of my goal measurements! :)
145.6 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 March 2011:
1689 kcal Fat: 114.17g | Prot: 109.95g | Carb: 57.32g.   Breakfast: coconut, Coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream, hazelnut meal/flour, organic whole milk yort, egg, darigold butter, baking powder, hershey's cocoa, splenda. Lunch: eating right traditional hummus. Dinner: Original Sausage Patty, coconut milk, S&W black beans, baken'n-ets pork skins, pork loin. Snacks/Other: cauliflower, broccoli, cucumber, red pepper, yellow squash, zucchini, leeks, spinach, romaine. more...
