Yesterday was not a good day at all. For the most part, I only have myself to blame. It wasn't that I was completely lazy...I just got so engrossed in drawing one of the characters for a comic I will be working on. Getting so engrossed in a drawing hasn't happened to me for awhile now so while I am happy I got a good beginning for a character reference sheet...I am upset that I neglected everything else. Top it off...there was a bad situation that occurred in the evening, and it set off a trigger in me...luckily my emotional eating wasn't extremely overboard but it did rear it's ugly head.

So today, I am focused on picking myself up and getting back to where I was before. I have been enjoying the P90X3 program though the caloric burn is not a hefty as the P90X. But I like that the workouts are shorter but still just as intense. I am starting to workout in the evenings as well doing this Yoga for Weight Loss that I have had for several years now. I like that it has 2 30 minute workouts, one to build foundational strength and the other is kinetic. I like it and I have noticed that I feel very well stretched afterwards. So I am going to start incorporating hiking into my daily routines (on the days I have off) along with going to a park with my toddler so I can get more physical activity in. Just need to start doing it!!

*Oil Pulling: Why does the unrefined coconut oil taste strongly of coconut? The refined's taste wasn't as strong in my opinion. Oh well, still going strong with this and loving the results. My mom is noticing a big improvement in her own teeth from doing it as well. :)
