so .. first week: i felt fine, second week: angry, third week: frustrated, depressed, and cant get out of bed; i.e. no energy ! does weight loss cause such mood swings ?

Yes, eating healthy has it way of dealing with our systems. Our system loves junk and when we try to feed it the good stuff, it rebels. Hope you feel better soon.
