My days start off great and then I am on slippery slope as evenings approach. I met a friend for dinner last night at Salisbury House. Not a lot of options for someone watching their calorie intake. I thought I made fairly healthy choices with a salad and a wrap keeping me within my daily calorie limit. But then before I go to bed I eat a yogurt and half a bagel - GEEZ! Today is a new day - fresh start. I will do my best to stay within my limit.
