Yesterday I did intervals outside. It was a little warm but then a front moved through and it got cloudy and breezy. Fortunately no rain so I was able to complete the full 50 minutes. Today is with the trainer so we'll see what he has in store for me, should be a good workout.

After being on this diet for 3 months I still get tempted. I keep telling my wife that one day she'll see me walk in with a pizza. I know there are certain foods I shouldn't have if I want to not become insulin dependent, which I don't. I really don't have cravings though as this diet does keep me feeling full. I know I'm a stress eater so I do need to watch that and have healthy snacks available. I just need to keep the scale going in the right direction.

I will do this!
283.6 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
