I'm so annoyed by my busy schedule right now. But the excellent news is that I am watching what I'm eating, and keeping up with my exercise. That's all I can do at this point. I'm not following my 5:2 Fast Diet right now, and I'm not tracking my food. I hope that by the end of the month, things will settle down for me at home and at work so that I can refocus on the 5:2 Fast Diet.
I'm so grateful to be under 170 lbs. I'm shooting for 163 ish... I will need to start the Fast Diet again to get the last 6 - 7 lbs off.
