changed the diet again. I looked back over my journals and the time I felt my best was when I was walking and eating better foods. Yes I still had chips on occasion and maybe even a soda, but I was feeling good and losing weight - slowly, but I was losing. So that's where I'm heading back to - I also think it will be easier for me to sustain with my crazy work schedule.
