Finding it extremely hard to stick to this diet. It's not the cravings as much as my schedule and my meal/snack breaks. It was a real struggle. If I make it through the work day, I'm famished when I get off. There's no way I come anywhere near my calorie needs, and sometimes not even the correct net carbs. Rethinking this (again).

When I have days like that I find hard boiled eggs to be lifesavers. I'll cook up a dozen at a time. Even though they aren't my favorite, if I'm hungry enough I can force one down and they'll hold me until I can get to a proper meal.

Why don't you get a cooler (the kind that holds a six pack) and put a bunch of snacks and things you need in it for the day. That way when you get hungry you can reach in and grab something. Even if you decide not to do Atkins, it's a great way to bring food with you for the day. You can bring easy to eat foods (yogurt, bars, fruits, etc).
