I am getting back on track.... I was SO TIRED last week. I don't know why. I thought I was fighting a cold or virus but the weather was VERY depressing too... I went back to Bodyflow two days in a row, today will be my 3rd. I have more energy... I am going to do the weight circuit after bodyflow class tonight... as for my eating. it hasn't been the best but I am back on track now... for real. I am going to a wedding in a month and my fiance is the best man so I really want to look great and buy a new summer dress. Also my bestfriend is coming up to visit for 5 days at the end of May and I haven't seen her since the beginning of Feb. I have been super busy doing wedding stuff. Getting there... less than 4 months.
All the windows in our house are wide open and it is not cold air coming in- that is a FIRST for this year. YAY! FINALLY spring weather. I think I seriously live in the wrong place... my ideal is somewhere warm and sunny year round. I would have no problem skipping the 5-6 months of hard core winters... BLEH. On our next (military) posting we requested Germany, Alaska, or Seattle, WA. But for now (and the next 2 or 3 ) years we are in small city in northern Ontario (we are at the border to the north)... It is pretty, the people are nice, there is a huge lake (and beach at the end of our street) and deer everywhere... however only one shopping centre, one movie theatre complex and no big box stores (Chapters, Michaels...) or Starbucks. I am a big city girl :) Could I live here forever? I don't think so... I've gone from living downtown in a city with a million people to living in the suburbs by a lake in a city in the north with 50,000 people... The only other place I have lived is Toronto- which is what? 5 million people!
I seemed to have rambled on a bit...
I have been using my skin tightening gel at least once a day... It dries quickly so you can apply it and dress right away, which makes it more user friendly... so far: skin feels and looks a bit tighter... I will keep applying it religiously and see what happens.. It says it takes 2 weeks to notice. I find this one nice, smells good, dries quickly and is inexpensive so if it works I will definitely keep using it. Summer is coming. Bathing suit season :) I am determined to feel confident in a bathing suit this year...
