1 month and only 3 lbs. 🥵
202.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

3-4lbs a month is a good number. you're dropping just under 1lb a week. 👍 keep up the good work. it'll pay off.

Or if you hadn’t tried you could be 3 lbs heavier than where you began. Just do what you can, as you can, but if you beat yourself up now you aren’t giving yourself a chance. You deserve that chance. You already made the decision to try by coming here. Go back and review what got the 3 lbs down and repeat it. Just step it down.

It does slow down as you continue your weight loss, been there, now losing again. Just give your body a chance to catch up and keep doing what your doing.
