this past week I did really good with my calorie intake. Just not so well with my activity. I did however do a workout three days for 20 min on lunch with the girls. It the Biggest Loser walk a mile workout. Not sure how to enter that under the exercise journal. Monday I start bootcamp. I hope its alot of fun!!
