Back again! Although I have tried to stick with low carb, I have not been recording my food, I am thinking perhaps that is a down fall. I have cut my hwc down to 4 tsps a day max, I really miss my cream in my coffee :) I am thinking when I hit my target weight, then I will allow more hwc if I still miss it.
$Exercise has become much more difficult, I am not sure if it is my back getting worse due to arthritis or bad muscle tone. I will keep trying to work out as often as I can.
