Ran again today. So amazed that my hip is holding up. I think the lunging every day has helped to strengthen them. It's grey and "chilly" here-63 degrees. It was 92 on Monday. Yesterday was earth day and I always get very anxious about the state of things and my carbon footprint. I wish I had the cash to go solar. I am going to look into it though to see how much it would cost. More and more people around here have panels on their roofs. I use a ton of electricity working from home and it would be nice to reduce that...
I am broke right now-April is a very expensive month for us. Waiting for a client to pay. I have been nudging them for weeks now. They promised Monday. Once I get paid, all that money will go right out to my creditors. Hrumph.
I ate green yesterday to celebrate the bounty of the earth. Caprese salad with early tomatoes, pesto and buratta. Also had some locally grown asparagus, roasted with balsamic -oh and a beautiful artichoke, just steamed. I felt really healthy and happy eating last night. Wish I felt that way every day.
