Really finding it tough at time to keep to 2,000 calories a day. Some times I think, This is easy, others I crave things, and others if my blood sugar is low make me kind of afraid....

Today I feel like my sugar is low but just checked and it is 100. Hate when my body give me signals that don't exist.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 March 2011:

I'm calorie counting to.. it was hard for the 1 month (February for me) but now I'm finding it much easier. I find it helpful to calculate potential meals before eating them so i make (or try to make) better decisions. The Fatsecret phone app is helpful for me. Hang in there! You can do it!
