Densible's Journal, 22 April 2009

Utterly frustrated today. The weight is still bouncing between 141 and 144. I even had a day at 145-that was nice :( I used to gain and lose 3-5 lbs during TOM. Nothing lost this time and I was really counting on it too-bummer.

I think I have to get sugar down to as close to zero as possible. Bye bye graham crackers (sob). I will go get some sugar free fudgesicles today.

Went for a run today-did really well. Got a new sports bra last night-I think that helped. I put on my old one this morning as is my habit and realized that it has completely run out of holding power-it was so comfortable, lol. It was nice to throw it away and put on the new one-although it does feel a bit mummyish-the girls were not happy at first but think they really appreciated it on the run.

I seem to be doing well with the testosterone-although I am wary of "rone" rage popping up as well as hair in all the wrong places. Constant surveillance is necessary.

Really looking forward to my stepson returning from Germany so he can drag me to the gym. I have to do weights. My arms are still so flabby-although much improved. Hoping the testosterone will help with muscle tone. I don't have much-boo!

I can understand your fustration, just keep doing what you know is best. Lift weights! I can't tell you enough! Have you tried a new walk/run routine, different route, try squats every 1/4 mile... something, anything to switch things up and change your routine??

lol @ the 'girls not liking it much'! My "girls" are not too happy in the eves when I "release them" sometimes and at a DDD, I can "feel your pain" and appreciate the new support! :) Surprise your step son and start back at the gym w/out him a bit!? ;)

You caught me! I have been talking about changing up my routine FOREVER. I am such a creature of habit-I do the same stuff everyday. If I went to the bleedin' gym that I pay for a few times a week to do some circuit training-that would certainly be a change. CONFESSION-the gym is literally 1/4 mile from my house. Oh bully! I empathize-I have been moaning about my boobage for some time. Taking Evening Primrose Oil and Vit E and it seems to help with the pain.

Crystal light makes really GOOD popsicles now. I found them at walmart last night, very low cal and no sugar or fat =)
