I am done with the guilt dieting. Today is a new day and I am going to stop feeling guilty about the food I eat and make a conscious effort to learn to eat right, listen to my body and to make peace with my decisions.

I have seen a lot of self awareness going around FS lately, maybe spring has been showing us the hope of new growth within ourselves. One of my favorite sayings is...."bullying myself into weight loss will not work, Loving myself into weight loss WILL. Love yourself and the choices you make. WE believe in YOU!
