What a beautiful morning! The sun is shinning, the birds are singing blah blah blah

I have been doing a lot of soul searching; especially about my relationship with food. I am HUNGRY all the time and it is just crazy! I am trying to desperately change my relationship with food and have discovered neversaydiet.com which has some helpful tips and suggestions to go along with my food diary here. As far as what I am eating I am sticking with the South Beach principals but I have to switch my thinking from always being on a diet to living. I just wish all the really bad food did not taste so darn good lol

take a look at the weigh down program...it is based on changing your thought processes in line with Biblical principals...there are a couple of us doing this program now...take a look...it was only 7.00 or so...

Is it really HUNGER or is it just you thinking about the food? I mistake the two sometimes. I just gotta keep busy with something else. And stay out of the kitchen.

Try to use more sources of proteins in your foods..I found that since I made that change I am able to feel more satisfied, stay full longer, and feel more energetic, and hence deny the trap of carbs and fats...Check out the hungrygirl website---lots of cool ideas of making low-fat substitutes that are awesome! Good luck!! Keep up the good fight (hah! I accidently wrote food fight!--freudian slip, I think??!!))
