I have been exercising (Hip Hop Abs) almost daily and walking when I can. I am down a few pounds now, but since I had gained 20 since last September, I have to get this under control. I am so motivated but I fear losing my motivation always. I LOVE FOOD. I love flavors and tastes so keeping it under control is a challenge, but I'm up for it :)
