2256 kcal Fat: 52.19g | Prot: 90.54g | Carb: 320.00g.   Breakfast: Frozen Blackberries, Dried Cranberries, Steel Cut Oats, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), 100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz). Lunch: Banana, Chicken & Wild Rice Soup (Low Sodium), Navels Oranges, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry Vanilla, Apples. Dinner: Dill Rye Bread, 1000 Island Dressing, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned), 25% Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, Corned Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Extra Stout, Baby Spinach, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Black Olives, Feta Cheese, Greek Dressing. more...
